Our pricing is based upon small equipment & large equipment used by Skycaps. Actual prices will depend on the size & weight of your baggage. The prices stated below have been based upon average baggage sizes. Porter Service - £9.00 (1–5 Bags); £18.00 (6-10 Bags); £27.00 (11-15 Bags); £36.00 (16-20 Bags) This service is available to all arriving & departing passengers. Our Skycaps Porters are available on all terminal forecourts as well as reclaim halls ready to assist you with the transportation of your baggage. From the forecourt, we will escort your baggage through the terminal to your flight check-in where we will assist in loading your luggage on to the check in belt. This service does not include visits to VAT desks.* If you are arriving, look out for our Skycaps Porters in red uniforms situated in various locations within the reclaim halls. Alternatively simply pick up one of the help point phones where a Porter will be allocated to you and escort your baggage through customs and to your onward travel arrangements. Terminal to Terminal Service* - £18.00 (1-5 Bags); £36.00 (6-10 Bags); £54.00 (11-15 Bags) Passengers arriving at the airport on connecting flights will usually have their checked-in baggage transported automatically to their onward terminal by the airline they are travelling with. However, in cases not applicable to this or if you simply need an extra hand with your luggage or hand luggage, we can provide you with some help. You can either turn up on the forecourts or reclaim halls and use an available Skycap or pre-book this service. We can meet you in a location that suits you and will take you and your baggage through to your airline check-in or onward transportation. Non pre-booked services are subject to availability, Terms & Conditions apply. Payment by cash GBP directly to the Skycap or credit/debit card in advance. Pre-Booked Porter Service - Just Add £9.00 (Booking Fee) This service is also available to all arriving & departing passengers. You will receive the same service as a standard Porter Service but you will be guaranteed a Porter allocated just for you and your party. No waiting, no fuss, no hassle.
